How listing updates work
Cayana does not change your Etsy listings simply because you connect or import a shop. When you edit listing information, you can review the affected listings and choose when to send those changes to Etsy.
Planned Growth tools will make it possible to update reusable content in one place and identify connected listings that need updating. You will remain in control of when changes are applied to Etsy.
Cayana connects to Etsy using secure authorization. We never ask for your Etsy password, and you choose when approved listing changes are sent to Etsy.
Practical help for current beta workflows
Use the Etsy connection flow in settings and approve access in Etsy. Cayana uses Etsy OAuth, so you sign in on Etsy directly and Cayana never asks for or stores your Etsy password.
Import reads listing data from Etsy and saves it in Cayana so you can review and edit it. Importing does not publish updates to Etsy.
Edit listing details inside Cayana, review your changes, then upload selected unsynced changes to Etsy when you are ready.
Connecting or importing a shop does not change Etsy listings. When you edit listing data, Cayana marks local changes for review, and updates are sent to Etsy only when you run an upload action.
Yes. You can work on individual listings or use bulk editing for selected listings. Upload actions can be done for a reviewed single listing or for unsynced listings from the listings page.

Active listings are listings whose Etsy listing state is active. Draft, inactive, sold out, and expired listings are not counted toward the active listing limit.
No. Free is an ongoing plan with no timed trial and no credit card required. Account creation is currently invitation-based during private beta.
Use dashboard settings to reconnect Etsy if your token or scopes need renewal. Shop removal is available in settings when eligible, and removed shops can be restored during the displayed recovery window.
Reconnect Etsy from settings and confirm you complete Etsy authorization. If the issue continues, send support details including what action failed and any on-screen error.
Printify connection is available from settings for connected accounts, but Cayana's core beta workflow currently focuses on direct Etsy listing management.
Request access on the private beta page. Requesting access is separate from receiving an invitation and does not guarantee account approval.

Growth is an optional paid plan in development for sellers who want to organise related listings and reuse descriptions, images, and other content across them.
